| 摘 要： | 目的:观察精制冠心软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:用精制冠心软胶囊(治疗组)与复方丹参片(对照组)作对比治疗,以临床症状及心电图疗效等为观察指标,观察精制冠心软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。结果:治疗组临床症状缓解总有效率90.6%,心电图改善有效率68.8%;对照组分别为65.0%、40.0%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:精制冠心软胶囊在缓解心绞痛、改善心肌缺血方面优于复方丹参片。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of purified Guanxin soft capsule in treating angina of coronary heart disease.Methods Different treatment was conducted in two groups:the purified Guanxin soft capsule group(therapeutic group)and the composite Danshen tablet group(control group).Basing on the clinical symptoms,ECG,etc,the effects of the two drugs in treating angina of coronary heart disease were observed.Results The clinical symptoms effective rate of the therapeutic group is 90.6%,the effective rate of ECG is 68.8%,The control group is 65.0%,40.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion The purifid Guanxin soft capsule is better than composite Danshen tablet in reducing the angina of coronary heart disease and improving the myocardial ischemia. |
