《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》2003-2007年载文被引情况分析

目的了解《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》的学术水平和期刊质量。方法采用2003-2007年《中国生物医学期刊引文数据库》（Chinese Medical Citation Index,CMCI）和2004-2008年《中国科技期刊引证报告》（Chinese S＆TJournal Citation Reports）中的数据,对该刊近5年所载论文影响因子、总被引频次、他引率、引用刊数、扩散因子、地区分布数、机构数、基金论文比、被引率及著者情况等进行统计分析及评价。结果该刊2003-2007年总被引频次、他引率、引用刊数、扩散因子及被引半衰期均呈递增趋势。2003-2007年共载文1750篇,被引868篇,平均载文被引比例为49.6%。单篇论文平均被引2.7次。单篇论文最高被引259次。结论该刊论文内容新颖、有一定的见解,拥有水平较高而稳定的作者群,具有广泛的社会影响力,是一高质量的学术性期刊,也是医学界的统计源期刊。

Citation Analysis on Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology from 2003 to 2007

Objective To evaluate academic level and quality of Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology.Methods Statistical analysis and evaluation were done on influencing factor,total citation frequency,non-self-cited rate,numbers of cited journals,diffusing factor,numbers of endemic distribution,institution numbers,ratio of the fund-subsidized papers,cited rate and authors＇ information of articles published in this journal in recent 5 years with the data from Chinese Medical Citation Index from 2003 to 2007 and Chinese S T Journal Citation Reports from 2004 to 2008.Results The total citation frequency,non-self-cited rate,numbers of cited journals,diffusing factor and cited half-life showed an increasing tendency from 2003 to 2007.There were 868 cited articles in 1750 published articles,with average cited ratio of 49.6%.Average cited numbers in single articles were 2.7,with highest cited numbers of 259.Conclusion The journal has innovative articles and some academic views with highest level and stable authors,leading to an extensive social influence,which is an academic journal with high quality and also a statistical source journal of medical field.
