| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医药物治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效.方法:175例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药保留灌肠,对照组用柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)肛栓剂塞肛.结果:治疗组的完全缓解、总有效率均明显优于对照组(p＜0.01);随访8个月及12个月,治疗组的复发率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论:中药保留灌肠治疗...

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and Westen medicine on ulcerative rectitis. nethods：175 patients were divideal into two groups randomly . The therapeutic group were retention enema treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group were treated with sulfasalazine salicylazosulfapyridine anus suppository. Results：The curative rate,efficiency rate in therapeutic group were higher than those of control group（p 〈 0.01 ）. There is significant discrepancy of recurrence rate between therapeutic group and control group with in 8 and 12 months followed up（p 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：There is significant theraputic efficacy of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine on ulcerative reetitis, and it has low recurrence rate and less side effect. Traditional Chinese medicine can be an ideal preparation to treat ulcerative rectitis. |
