全自动封闭式医用纯水制备系统的研制与应用

摘    要:目的:我们采用先进的自动控制技术、膜分离技术、精滤、双级反渗透和此 全自动封闭式医用纯水制备系统,解决了基层医疗卫生单位医疗用水的困难。方法:采用全程自动化控制、封闭式结构设计。由原水预处理系统、软化器、精滤、双级反渗透、紫外消毒系统、水质检测系统和压力贮水系统组成。并实行24小时开机,无人值守。结果:通过半年多运行观察。设备工作稳定,使用极其方便,完全可靠,水质经检测完全达到医用蒸馏水的标准要求

Abstract:ObjectiveWe adopted techniques of the modern membrane separation and exact filtration and thetechnology of reserve osmosis solves difficulty of medicinal water.MethodsThis paper introduces new techniques of all-automatic control and closed-style and doubleRO equipment of prepare medicinal water,which is an essential equipment in preparationmedicinal water of the hospital.It is consist of quartz sand tank and activ carbon tankand exact filtration and positive ion exchange reintank that it is using reserve osmosistechnology and water conditioning control system.The inherent reliability of the systemmeans a Toy life of efficient,trouble-free,uninterrupted soft water luxury.ResultsBy the observation of making water continuous for 6 months and then the successful resultsmake us pleased.Conclusion Through the strictly examination of thequality of the preparation medicinal water and it proved all are measure up.It has beenshown efficient.
