摘    要:本文应用姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)和染色体畸变(CA)的方法,观察了长期接触化学抗癌药物的护理人员和肿瘤研究人员的淋巴细胞变化,以估价接触抗癌药物对人体DNA稳定性的影响,共30例。结果表明:接触者的SCE值比非接触者高,(P<0.01)。其染色体畸变值也比非接触者显著增高,(P<0.01)。这就说明抗癌药物能诱发SCE和染色体畸变并使其比率显著增高,本文并进一步探讨了SCE值的变化和染色体畸变的可能机理以及环境暴露程度对SCE值的影响。

Abstract:Lymphocytes sampled from the nurses working in tumour wards and the research workers tumour have been analyzed with oeytogenetic methods of sister-chroma-tid exchanges (SCE) and chromosome aberrations (CA) to detect the DNA stabil-ity in them. Thirty cases have been inspected. It has been found out thatsister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) and chromosome aberrations (CA) are related tofrequent exposure to a anticancer drugs. The SCE and CA values of the personnelkeeping touch with anticancer drugs are significantly higher than those out oftouch with them (P<0.01). It is shown that anticancer drugs can induce SCEand CA, and raise their odds ratios significantly. In this article, the possible mechanism about the changes of the SCE value and chromosome aberrations,and the influence of the degree of ambient surroundings exposure on SCEvalue are discussed.
