糖尿病血清血管紧张素转换酶活性测定的临床意义

本文通过53例糖尿病患者和37例健康人血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活性测定对比,发现糖尿病患者ACE活性增高,与视网膜、肾、神经病变及病情控制程度有关;并且随着视网膜病变程度加重,ACE活性变化呈先上升后下降,晚期又有回升的趋势;与性别、年龄、病程、病型、体重、血压、治疗方法无关。作者认为;ACE活性测定对糖尿病微血管病变早期的诊断、程度的判定是一个参考指标。

THE CLINICAL VALUES OF SERUM ANGIOTENSIN CONVERSION ENZYME ACTIVITY IN DIABETES MELLITUS

Serum angiotensin conversion enzyme (ACE) activity has been meassuredin 53 cases of diabetes mellitus and was compared with 37 healthy subjects.When the factors affecting the activity of ACE in diabetes were analysed, itwas found that its increment was related to existence and seriousness of reti-nopathy, neuropathy and renopathy, to the stability of the condition achievedby medical cale as well. Along with the progression of retinopathy theACE activity tend to increase at the early phase then decrease at the laterphase of this complication. It was not related to sex, age,duration of disease,body weight, blood pressure, type of discase and sort of management at all.From these data we suggest that the meassurement of serum ACE activity mayprovide a reference parameter with regard to the diabetic microangiopathy forits early recognition, evaluation of its severity and prediction of its evolution.
