| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨STIR像在磁共振软组织检查中的应用。材料和方法：选择了35例软组织疾患者同时行磁共振STIR像和FSE T2加权像的扫描。结果：STIR像35例病人均检出病灶，而FSE T2加权像检出34例。对病灶边界的显示STIR像明显优于FSE T2加权像，其中STIR像清楚显示病灶边界32例，FSE T2加权 像清楚显示9例。结论：STIR像对软组织病灶的检出率及病灶边界的显示状况均优于FSE T2加权像.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To discuss the application of STIR in the examination of soft - tissue diseases.Materials and Methods: 35 patients with soft - tissue diseases were examined with MR STIR and FSE T2WI. Results: STIR showed abnormal findings in 35/35 cases, FSE in 34/35. With respect to showing the boundary of soft - tissue masses, STIR was superior to FSE; in 32 cases the boundaries were well shown in STIR, only in 9 cases in case of FSE.Conclusion: In detecting the abnormalities of soft - tissue and clearly showing the boundaries of the masses STIR was superior to FSE. |
