| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨环扎加压术对孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 ９６例孔源性视网膜脱离其中６８例采用环扎加压不放液手术，２８例采用环扎加压放液手术。结果 环扎加压不放液１次手术成功充９１．１８％，环扎加压放液１次手术成功率８２．１５％，未愈１１例中５例再次环孔加压术治愈，总治愈率共达９３．７５％，６例改全玻璃体切割注气术治愈。结论 环扎加压术是治疗一般视网膜脱离最广泛的手术方法，其治愈率达９０％以上，并对放液

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of bucking in the treatment of retinal detachment.Methods 96 cases of retinal detachment were selected,among these 68 cases used buckling without drainage of subretinal liquid,while 28 cases with drainage of subretinal liquid.Results In the operations of buckling without drainage one operation success rate was 91.18%.In the operations of buckling with drainage one operation success rate was 82.15%.In the 11 cases that were not cured,five cases were cured by secondary operation,the total rate was 93.75%.Six cases were cured by vitretomy with injection of C 3F 8.Conclusion The buckling operation is the most widely used method to treat common retinal detachment with a cure rate of more than 90%. |
