首发精神分裂症复发因素分析

目的 探讨首发精神分裂症复发的相关因素。方法 对1995年3月～2003年3月首次发病在我院住院的首发精神分裂症患者5年内复发情况进行单因素及多因素分析。结果 复发率为60．96％，与复发有关的因素有人格特征、家族史、文化程度、起病形式、维持用药时间、经济状况、社会支持等。结论 药物维持治疗是减少或预防复发的关键，设法避免不良刺激对减少或预防复发具有重要作用。

Analysis of Recurrence Factors in Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia

Objective To explore relative factors of recurrence in patients with First-episode schizophrenia. Methods The risk factors of recurrence in patients with first-episode schizophrenia were analysed with chi-square test and logistic regression using self-designed scale in march 1995 to march 2003. Results Recurrence rate was 60. 96%. The relative factors of recurrence were character, family heredity, education, form of onset, continuons treatment by taking drugs, economic state, social support and so on. Conclusion Taking drugs continuously is the key to reducing and preventing recurrence of first episode schigoplrenia,avoiding bad stimulation have important effect.
