应用米非司酮结合中药治疗子宫内膜异位症

目的对比观察米非司酮和米非司酮配伍中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法28例子宫内膜异位症患者口服米非司酮12.5mg,每日1次,连续6个月,命名为A组;25例口服米非司酮12.5mg,每日1次,连服3个月后,改服中药1日1剂,连服3个月,命名为B组。比较2组治疗效果。结果2组治疗后1个月￣2个月,患者全部闭经,临床治疗有效率和复发率无明显差异。A组不良反应发生率为46.43%;B组不良反应率为24%。结论两种方法治疗轻、中度子宫内膜异位症效果良好,疗效无明显差异,B组的不良反应率低于A组,差异有显著性。

Treating Endometriosis by Mifepristone with TCM

Objective To observe comparatively the effects for treating endometriosis with mifepristone and that with mifepristone accompanied by TCM. Methods 28 cases of endometriosis patients took orally mifepristone 12.5mg, once a day,lasted 6 months and were named as A group; 25 cases took orally mifepristone 12.5mg, once a day, lasted 3 months and then took TCM, one dose a day, 3 months again,and named as B group. Therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients from two groups all amenorrheaed 1~2 month(s) later. There was no significant difference in effective rates and recurrent rates between the two groups. In A group side effect rate was 46.43%; for B group that was 24%.Conclusion Effects of two methods for mild and moderate endometriosis were excellent. There was no significant difference in effects. Side effect rate in B group was lower than that of A group, and the differences were significant. [
