摘    要:研究金属粉末注射成型(MIM)法制备的316L不锈钢植入材料的生物相容性。以目前临床应用的钛合金植入材料为对照,将MIM法制备的植入材料浸提液与L929细胞混合培养后用流式细胞仪测定其DNA期的细胞百分比,将二种材料分别植入动物体内通过病理组织学观察的方法来评价其生物相容性。统计学分析两组数据无明显差异,结果表明,MIM法制备的316L不锈钢植入材料具有良好的生物相容性。

Abstract:This study was aimed to evaluate the biocompatibility of metal powder injection molding (MIM) 316L stainless steel. The percentage of S-period cells was detected by flow cytometry after L929 cells being incubated with extraction of MIM 316L stainless steel,and titanium implant materials for clinical application were used as control. In addition, both materials were implanted in animals and the histopathological evaluations were carried out. The statistical analyses show that there are no significant differences between the two groups(P> 0. 05), which demonstrate that MIM 316L stainless steel has good biocompatibility.
