经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术联合局部注药治疗结核性支气管狭窄

目的探讨经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术加局部注药治疗结核性支气管狭窄的疗效。方法对14例支气管狭窄病人施行经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术及经纤维支气管镜局部注入抗结核药物。每周1次，连续4次。结果14例患者中12例扩张成功，狭窄支气管保持通畅，无明显的并发症。结论经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄及经纤维支气管镜局部注入抗结核药物是一项安全有效的方法，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Fibrobronchoscpic balloon dilatation and local injection for tubercular bronchial stenosis

Objective] To investigate the efficacy of fiberoptic bronchoscopyballon dilatation .and local injection for tubercular bronchial stenosis. Method] Forteen patients with tubercular bronchial stenosis were treated by balloon dilatation through bronchf/beroscope and local injection through bronchfiberoscope. Once of a week, four times continuously. Results] 12 of 14 patients achieved satisfactory dilatation. The stenotic airway were kept permanent improvement. There are no severe complications. Conclusion] Fiberoptic bronchoscopic balloon dilatation is a effective treatment approach for tubercular bronchial stenosis. There are less complications and it can be widely clinically applied.
