| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大黄、庶虫]虫对药组合对雌、孕激素负荷大鼠子宫肌瘤模型血液流变学影响。方法：将70只雌性SD大鼠随机分为7组：正常对照组、模型组、大黄庶虫]虫小剂量组、大黄庶虫]虫中剂量组、大黄庶虫]虫大剂量组、大黄庶虫]虫丸组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组，采用雌孕激素负荷法建立子宫肌瘤模型，血流变仪检测血液流变学指标。结果：大黄、庶虫]虫能明显改善血液流变学各项指标。结论：大黄、庶虫]虫对药能显著改善子宫肌瘤模型大鼠“瘀血内阻”的病理变化。
