卫生Ⅷ项目地区促进合理用药策略探讨

目的了解青海省湟中县合理用药的情况,提出合理用药优化策略,为提高农村项目地区乡镇卫生院合理用药水平提供借鉴。方法采用专题小组讨论法和个人深度访谈相结合的方式收集资料。结果促进合理用药的措施主要有成立“基本药物目录遴选小组”等6个方面,制约合理用药的因素主要有乡镇卫生院药剂专业人员缺乏等4个方面。结论应从领导重视、强化管理;加强医务人员队伍建设,完善合理用药制度;提高公众合理用药的意识与知识;建立合理用药监督机制等4个方面来促进合理用药。

Rational medicine in Health Ⅷ area

Objective To understand the situation of using medicine rationally in Huangzhong county of Qinghai Province, proposing the tactics of optimizing using medicine rationally, in order to offer reference to improve the township hospitals' competence of using medicine rationally in rural project area. Methods The materials are collected to adopt the way in which the law of thematic panel discussion combines with personal depth interview. Results The measures of promoting using medicine rationally are mainly six respects such as establishing " the basic medicine catalogue selecting group " ,etc. The factors that restrict using medicine rationally are mainly four respects such as lacking drug professional personnel in township hospital etc. Conclusion Using medicine rationally should be promoting from four respects: The leader pays attention and strengthens management; Strengthening the building of medical workers' team, perfecting the system of using medicine rationally; Improving the consciousness and knowledge that the public uses medicine rationally; Setting up the supervision mechanism of using medicine rationally.
