两种质控方法在血液葡萄糖测定质量控制中的差异

目的探讨血液葡萄糖测定质量控制中,Levey-Jennings质控图法与Westgard多规则质控法的差异.方法Levey-Jennings单值质控图法与Westgard多规则质控法对29批(29 d)血液葡萄糖检测质控结果进行分析.结果29 d测定中Levey-Jennings质控图法1 d失控,而Westgard多规则质控法有3 d系统误差.结论Westgard多规则质控法较Levey-Jennings质控图法灵敏,且能提示误差的类型,有助于保证临床检验质量.

Difference of two internal quality control methods in blood glucose assay

Objective:In internal quality Central of blood glucose,to Study difference between Levey-Jennings control chart and Westgard multi-rule contron rules method.Methods:Results of29-days blood glucose assays quality control with Levey-Jennings control chart and westgard multi-rule control rules method were analysized.Results:In29days,Levey-Jennings control charts were out-of-control only one day,but there were3days likely to be systematic error in Westgard mulit-rule method.Conclusions:Westgard muli-rule method is more sensitive than that Levey-Jennings control chart method and can suggest the error types,helpful to quality assurance of clinical examination.
