脑白质疏松症与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的相关性研究

目的：研究脑白质疏松症与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法：分别对100例脑CT或MRI检查确诊的脑白质疏松症患者(观察组)和70例脑CT或MRI正常者(对照组)行颈动脉彩色多普勒检查，测量颈总动脉内径、颈内动脉内径、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的部位、形态、大小、回声特点和颈动脉管腔的狭窄程度及Crouse积分。结果：观察组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率为74％，内膜粗糙发生率为30％，颈动脉内膜中层厚度＞1．0mm者占25％，颈动脉狭窄发生率为23％，Crouse积分460．3；对照组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率为15．7％，内膜粗糙发生率为1．43％，颈动脉内膜中层厚度＞1．0mm者占1．43％，无颈动脉狭窄，Crouse积分142．3。经统计学分析，两组间上述各指标均有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论：颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑白质疏松症明显相关，颈动脉粥样硬化斑块是脑白质疏松症的重要危险因素。

ON THE RELATION BETWEEN LEUKOENCEPHALOPATHY AND ATHEROSCLEROSIS

Objective:To study the relationship of leukoencephalopathy with atherosclerosis.Methods: One hundred patients who were diagnosed as leukoencephalopathy by CT or MRI in test group and 70 healthy people in control group were given carotid color Doppler examination.Results:In the test group,the incidence rates of carotid atherosclerosis spot,intima coarseness,middle intima thickness >1 0 mm,and carotid stricture are 74%,30%,25%,and 23%,respectively.Crouse Scoring is 460 3.In the control group,the incidence rates of carotid atherosclerosis spot,intima coarseness middle intima thickness >1 0 mm, and carotid stricture are 15 7%,1 43%,1 43%,and 0% respectively;crouse scoring is 142 3. By analysis of statistics,there is significant difference between the two groups(all, P <0 05).Conclusion:There is significant correlation between atherosclerosis and leukoencephalopathy.Atherosclerosis is a dangerous factor in leukoencephalopathy.
