咪唑立宾在亲属肾移植术后患者的应用

目的探索咪唑立宾（MZR）在亲属肾移植术后抗排斥治疗的效果及其不良反应。方法选择2007年1月～2008年12月间共62例亲属肾移植病例，其中28例接受环孢素（CsA）或他克莫司（FK506）、MZR和强的松（Pred）治疗的患者作为观察组，34例接受CsA或FK506、吗替麦考酚酯（骁悉，MMF）和Pred治疗的患者作为对照组。随访6-24个月．观察两组患者的急性排斥反应（AR）、术后感染及其他不良反应发生率。结果MZR组与MMF组比较．术后6个月内AR发生率差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；术后肺部感染等严重感染发生率低于MMF组．但差异无显著性意义；除尿酸升高外两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论与MMF比较，MZR抗排斥作用肯定，不良反应小．费用相对低廉，适合在临床尤其是亲属活体受者中应用。

Application of Mizoribine in living related donor kidney transplantation

Objective To investigate the efficacy and drug toxicity of mizoribine（MZR） in living related donor kidney trans- plantation. Methods A total of 62 living related donor kidney transplantation recipients were registered from January 2007 to December 2008. Among them, 28 patients taking MZR were observation group,and 34 patients taking mycophenolate mofetil（MMF）were control group. The two groups combined CsA or FKS06 with Pred. Post-transplantation observation were followed up for 6- 24 months. The morbidity of acute rejection（AR）,infection and complication in the patients of the two groups 6 months after transplantation were observed.Results Morbidity of AR in MZR group was similar to that in MMF group （P〉0.05）;the morbidity of infection in MZR group was lower than that in MMF group; side effects of the two groups were similar except for the uricemia. Conclusion MZR is effective,decreasing the incidence of AR as MMF.Besides, it is cheaper and brings less negative effect,demonstrating an affirmative prospects in clinical practice, espcially in living related donor kidney transplantation.
