| 摘 要： | 动物实验研究证实神经生长因子（NGF）促进创面组织血管生成、血管内皮细胞再生，促进缺血创面的愈合及糖尿病创面的愈合。通过NGF在糖尿病创面表达改变的研究，有助于NGF促进糖尿病创面愈合机制的探讨，为糖尿病足创面愈合提供新的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The animal study has confirmed that nerve growth factor （NGF） promotes wound tissues angiogenesis, endothelial cells regeneration, the healing of diabetic and ischemic wounds. The research on NGF expression changing in diabetes wounds helps to discuss wound healing mechanism, and would provide a new basis theory for diabetes foot wound healing. |
