摘    要:目的:比较高中和专科起点的本科护生的临床能力水平,分析相关影响因素,为我国本科护理教育的完善提供有力依据。方法:采用自评和他评方式,以量表评价两类护生临床能力水平。结果:专升本和普本护生护理科研能力的他评结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);临床能力总评和七项临床能力自评结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:专升本和普本护生临床能力均达到了本科护理教育目标,但其能力水平有差异。

Abstract:Objective:To compare clinical competence of two different types of undergraduates from high school and junior college,and to analyze the related factors so that some powerful evidence could be provided to consummate Chinese undergraduate nursing education. Method: The undergraduate nursing students' clinical competence assessment scale was used to assess the status of students' clinical competence through self-evaluation and other-evaluation. Results: There are statistically significant differences in nursing research competence according to other-evaluation(P〈0.05) ,and in whole assessments and seven clinical abilities according to self-evaluation(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The two types of students' clinical competence have reached the undergraduate educational goals. But there are differences in their levels.
