我院抗高血压药物应用分析与病历调查

目的了解口服抗高血压药物的临床应用情况，以促进合理用药。方法分析并统计2007年口服抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等。结果抗高血压药物销售金额占第1位的始终是苯磺酸氨氯地平；2007年出院病历中联合用药率达86．34％。结论抗高血压药物的应用情况与国内外总体用药情况基本相符。临床用药时，应注意个体化给药，使高血压患者用药更合理、有效、经济。

Application Analysis on Oral Antihypertensive Drugs and Investigation on Case History in Our Hospital

Objective To study the clinical application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for promoting rational drug use. Methods The statistical analysis on the application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital in 2007 was conducted in terms of consumption sum, administration frequency and daily cost. 183 medical records of primary hypertention inpatients were investigated in 2007. Results Amlodipine Besylate Tablets dominated the first place in terms of the sequence of single variety. The proportion of drug combination was 86. 34%. Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the domestic and abroad general medication situation. In clinical drug application, attention should be paid to individualized medication with more rationality, effectiveness and economy for the hypertensive patients.
