北京市职业女性工作压力调查研究

摘    要:目的研究职业女性工作压力感状况和工作压力的主要来源。方法通过对216位员工的问卷调查分析。结果职业女性在工作压力感和工作压力源6大因子水平上均低于男性,并且职业女性在角色冲突、对他人的责任感两个压力因子水平上显著低于男性。职业女性工作压力源6大因子在年龄、职业类型、工作职位等中介变量方面也呈现出一定的差异。对职业发展的关注这一因子对工作满意度的预测贡献率最为显著。结论职业女性总体压力感比男性低,组织应关注职业女性的生涯发展。
