小儿病毒性脑炎的护理干预临床效果观察

目的探讨小儿病毒性脑炎的护理干预临床效果。方法选取2012年6月至2013年7月于本院治疗的80例小儿病毒性脑炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组基于对照组之上给予患儿针对性护理干预。分析对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95．0％，满意率为100．0％，对照组总有效率为77．5％，满意率为80．0％，观察组患儿的临床疗效和满意度明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论小儿病毒性脑炎患者采取具有针对性的护理干预可有效增强临床治疗效果，提高患者满意度。它具有重要意义，值得广泛应用推广。

Clinical Effect Observation of Nursing Intervention in Children with Viral Encephalitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in children with viral encephalitis. Methods 80 cases of children with viral encephalitis treated in our hospital from June 2012 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received pertinent nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0% and 100.0% respectively, higher than 77.5% and 80.0% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Pertinent nursing intervention in children with viral encephalitis can effectively enhance the clinical effect and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is of great significance and is worthy of popularization.
