克林霉素磷酸酯治疗产后子宫内膜炎的疗效观察

目的探讨克林霉素磷酸酯治疗产后子宫内膜炎的临床疗效。方法150例产后子宫内膜炎患者，随机分成对照组与观察组。对照组给予静脉滴注青霉素及甲硝唑治疗，观察组给予静脉滴注克林霉素磷酸酯治疗。观察比较两组产后子宫内膜炎患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率97．33％高于对照组总有效率89．33％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率5.33％明显少于对照组不良反应发生率20．00％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论克林霉素磷酸酯治疗产后子宫内膜炎疗效确切、安全可靠，建议临床推广。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Clindamycin Phosphate in the Treatment of Postpartum Endometritis

Objective To explore the effect of clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of postpartum endometritis. Methods 150 patients with postpartum endometritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with penicillin and metronidazole by intravenous infusion, while patients in the observation group were treated with clindamycin phosphate by intravenous infusion. The clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%, significantly higher than 89.33% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.33%, significantly lower than 20.00% of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions For treatment of postpartum endometritis, clindamycin phosphate has significant effect and safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
