综合护理干预在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中的临床应用

目的探讨综合护理干预模式在慢性肺源性心脏病中的应用效果。方法选择我院自2012年7月至2014年3月我院收治的102例慢性肺源性心脏病患者,按照患者自愿原则,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用综合护理干预模式,观察两组患者临床效果及患者满意率。结果观察组临床总有效率与满意率分别为94.12%(48/51)、96.08%(49/51),对照组分别为78.43%(40/51)、76.47%(39/51),两组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于慢性肺源性心脏病患者中,提高了临床治疗效果,患者满意率较高,值得临床护理中广泛采用。

Clinical Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 102 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from July 2012 to March 2014 were chosen. According to voluntary principles, those patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine care model, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention model. The clinical effect and patient＇s satisfaction were observed. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were 94.12% （48/51） and 96.08%（9/51） respectively, significantly higher than 78.43% （40/51） and 76.47% （39/51） of the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease can improve clinical outcomes, with higher satisfaction from patients, which is worthy of wide application in clinical nursing.
