创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素分析及对策研究

目的探讨创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的影响因素及其防治对策。方法收集2011年1月至2013年12月，我院收治的创伤性骨折入院并接受手术治疗者480例，回顾分析其术前DVT发生相关因素，并探讨其防治对策。结果Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、骨折部位、糖尿病均为术前DVT形成的独立危险因素（P＜0．05）。结论高龄、合并糖尿病及骨折部位均是创伤骨折患者术前发生DVT的高危影响因素，完善术前评估及危险因素监控，针对性计划性地实施干预有利于预防DVT的发生，促进病人康复。

Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Countermeasure on Preoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity Among Patients with Trauma Fractures

Objective To evaluate the influencing factors and countermeasure on preoperative deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of lower extremity among patients with trauma fractures. Methods 480 hospitalized patients with trauma fractures and undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected, the factors of preoperative DVT were retrospectively analyszed and the control measures were explored： Results Logistic regression analysis showed that age, fracture site and diabetes were the independent risk factors of preoperative DVT （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The aged, diabetes mellitus and the fracture site are the risk factors of DVT, so improving the preoperative assessment and monitoring of risk factors and implementating targeted intervention are helpful to prevent the occurrence of DVT and promote patients＇ rehabilitation.
