强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床分析

目的分析强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床效果。方法收集2012年10月到2013年10月本院收治的72例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床资料，按照不同的治疗方法，分为研究纽与对照组，各36例。对照组采取蓝科肤宁冷湿敷于患处，并口服氯雷他定片10mg，1次／d，1疗程为1个月。研究组应用强脉冲光治疗，参数选择从20～25J／cm2的低能量开始，每3周治疗1次，1疗程为5周。比较两组的治疗总有效率和症状评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为94．44％，明显高于对照组的69．44％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗前，两组患者症状评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞O．05）；治疗后，研究组患者症状评分（3．57±1．83）明显优于对照组（8．78±3．78），差异具有统计学意义（P＜O．05）。结论强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎，安全性与有效性显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Hormone-Dependent Facial Dermatitis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intense pulsed light therapy in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into research group （n = 36） and control group （n = 36） according to the therapy methods. In the control group, lankefuning was applied by wet compress and cold compress on face, with loratadine taken orally 10 mg, one time daily, 4 weeks as a therapeutic course. In the research group, intense pulsed light was applied on face with an interval of 3 weeks, five sessions of treatment served as a course, and the therapeutic parameter was selected in low-grade power about 20 - 25 J/cm^2 at the star. The total effective rate and symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of research group was 94.44%, significantly higher than 69.44% of control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptom score before therapy （P 〉0.05）, but after therapy, the symptom score of the research group was 3.57 ± 1.83, significantly lower than 8.78±3.78 of the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Intense pulsed light is safe and effective in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
