彩色多普勒超声诊断老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的效果分析

目的了解老年退行性心脏瓣膜病（SDVHD）的彩色多普勒超声表现，探讨彩色多普勒超声对SDVHD的价值。方法对我院2009年6月至2013年12月期间收治的248例心脏疾病患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查，分析其影像表现，比较不同年龄SDVHD的发生率与瓣膜病变构成。结果248例心脏疾病患者中有92例（37．1％）SDVHD患者，不同年龄组的发生率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），随着年龄的增长，SDVHD的发病率也有所增加。而不同年龄中的SDVHD患者的发病部位比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论SDVHD的彩色多普勒超声表现典型，其发病率与年龄有关，而发病部位与年龄无关。

Analysis of the Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Senile Degenerative Valvular Heart Disease

Objective To understand the color Doppler ultrasound performance of senile degenerative valvular heart disease （SDVHD）, and to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound on SDVHD. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed on 248 cases of heart disease patients treated in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2013. The imaging performance was analyzed, and the incidence of SDVHD and formation of valvular lesions was compared between the patients at different ages. Results 92 cases （37.1%） of SDVHD were found in 248 cases of heart disease. The incidence of SDVHD was statistically different among different age groups （P〈0.05）; The incidence of SDVHD increased as a result of age＇s increase. The pathogenic sites were statistically different among different age groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The presentation of color Doppler ultrasound of SDVHD is typical. The incidence of SDVHD is related to age, but the pathogenic site of SDVHD is not related to age.
