Cys-C和Hcy联合检测对糖尿病肾病诊断的价值

摘    要:目的探讨Cys—C和Hcy联合检测对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的应用价值。方法随机选取我院接收的单纯糖尿病患者80例、糖尿病肾病患者80例,分为DM和DN两组,另外选取健康体检者80例为对照组,分别测定三组的Cys—C、Hcv、Scr、Urea、UMA水平。结果DN组Cys—C、Hcy、UMA指标均明显高于DM组和健康体检组(P<0.05)。肾功能I级和Ⅱ级DN患者Scr、Urea与DM组和健康体检组相比,其差异无统计学意义(P>O.05),Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级DN患者Scr、Urea指标明显高于DM组和健康体检组(P<0.05)。肾功能Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者Cys—C、Hcy、UMA、Cys-C联合Hcv的异常检出率明显高于Scr、Urea的异常检出率。肾功能Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级患者的Cys-C、Hcy、UMA、cys—c联合Hcy的异常检出率与Scr、Urea的异常检出率相比。其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Cys-C、Hcy联合检测有助于糖尿病肾病患者的早期诊断.临床应推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To research the value of associated detection of serum Cys-C and Hcy in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of simple diabetes mellitus (DM group), 80 cases of diabetic nephropathy (DN group) and 80 healthy physical subjects (control group) were selected in this study. The levels of serum Cys-C, Hcy, Scr, Urea and UMA of three groups were detected. Results The levels of Cys-C, Hcy and UMA of DN group were significantly higher than those of DM group and control group (P〈0.05). Compared with DM group and control group, the Scr and Urea of the patients whose renal function were Ⅰor Ⅱ grade in DN group had no statistical difference (P 〈0.05), while the Ⅲ and IV grade patients' Scr and Urea were significantly higher than DM group and control group (P〈0.05). The patients' abnormal rates of Cys-C, Hcy, UMA, Cys-C combined with Hcy in DN group whose renal function were Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade were significantly higher than the abnormal rates of Scr and Urea, while the Ⅲ and IV grade patients' abnormal rates of Cys-C, Hcy, UMA, Cys-C combined with Hcy had no statistical difference compared with the abnormal rates of Scr and Urea (P〈0.05). Conclusions The associated detection of serum Cys-C and Hcy can help to the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, which is worthy of clinical application.
