120例早孕妇女血清孕酮水平与妊娠结局分析

目的探讨早孕妇女血清孕酮水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法回顾性分析120例早孕妇女的临床资料，根据血清孕酮浓度值将120例患者分为A组（＞25μg／L）、B组（15～25μg／L）和C组（＜15μg／L），观察不同血清孕酮浓度值与妊娠结局的关系。结果三组患者流产率由低到高依次为A组、B组、C组，各组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜O．05）；A组和B组异位妊娠发生率均显著低于C组（P＜0．05），但A组和B组异位妊娠发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论早孕妇女血清孕酮水平越低其异常妊娠发生率越高，临床可根据患者孕7～9周时血清孕酮浓度值对妊娠结局做出初步判断。

Analysis of Serum Progesterone Levels and Gestation Outcomes Among 120 Early Pregnancy Women

Objective To discuss the relation between serum progesterone levels and the gestation outcomes among early pregnancy women. Methods The clinical data of 120 early pregnancy women were analyzed retrospectively. According to serum progesterone levels, all cases were divided into group A （〉25μg/L）, group B （15 - 25μg/L） and group C （〈15μg/L）. The relation between serum progesterone level and gestation outcome was observed. Results The abortion rates of the three groups were in sequence of group A 〈 group B〈 group C, and significant statistics differences were found in multiple comparison （P 〈0.05）. The incidences of ectopic pregnancy of group A and group B were significantly lower than that of group C （P〈0.05）, but there was no statistical difference between group A and group B （P〉0.05）. Conclusions A lower level of serum progesterone for early pregnancy women means a higher probability of abnormal pregnancy. Preliminary judgment can be clinically made according to the serum progesterone levels at 7 ~ 9 weeks after pregnancy.
