沟通技巧在小儿静脉输液中的应用

目的探索沟通技巧在小儿静脉输液过程中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2013年1月至2014年2月期间在儿科接受治疗的输液患者60例作为研究对象，并分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组患儿采用常规护理，研究组患儿除了进行常规护理工作外，在输液过程运用了沟通技巧。比较两组的一次穿刺成功率、依从性以及护理满意度。结果研究组患儿在依从性上达到100，0％，明显高于对照组的70．O％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=8．731，P＜0．05）。研究组患者的一次性穿刺的成功率为96．7％，显著高于对照组的73．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．712，P〈0．05）。研究组满意度得分（99．12±O．34）分，显著高于对照组的（91．25±1．02）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=40．092，P＜0．05）。结论在小儿患者的静脉输液过程中加强运用沟通技巧，并有效地结合常规护理工作，有助于护理工作者进行有效的穿刺活动，提高一次性穿刺的成功率以及患者对于护理工作的满意程度。

Application of Communication Skills in Pediatric Intravenous Infusion

Objective To study application effect of communication skills in pediatric intravenous infusion. Methods 60 cases of infusion patients treated in pediatric from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected as objects and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 30 cases per group. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group was given communication skills in intravenous infusion on the basis of conventional nursing. The one-time successful puncture rate, compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The compliance rate of the research group was 100.0%, significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （x^2 = 8.371, P 〈0.05）. The one-time success rate of puncture of the research group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （X^2 = 4.712, P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the research group was （99.12 ± 0.34） scores, obviously better than （91,25 ±1.02） scores of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （t = 40.092, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Communication skills of pediatric patients during intravenous infusion and effective combination with conventional nursing could help nurses puncture effectively, improve the one-time success rate of puncture and patients＇ satisfaction.
