疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死患者的疗效和安全性研究

目的探讨疏血通注射液联合自由基清除剂依迭拉奉治疗老年脑梗死患者的疗效和安全性。方法选择我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的64例老年脑梗死患者并分为两组各32例．对照组患者采用疏血通注射液治疗，实验组采用疏血通联合次依达拉奉进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL水平较治疗前均出现改善，但实验组显著优于对照组，且其总有效率（90．62％）明显高于对照组（68．75％），不良反应发生率（9．38％）明显低于对照组（28．13％）．差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论疏血通注射液联合自由基清除剂依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死患者临床疗效显著．安全系数高，值得临床广泛推广与应用。

Effect and Safety of Shuxuetong Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the effect and safety of shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 64 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were divided into two groups. 32 cases of the control group were treated with shuxuetong injection, and 32 cases of the experimental group were treated with shuxuetong combined with edaravone. The clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared. Results After therapy, NIHSS scores and ADL levels of both groups improved significantly, and N1HSS score and ADL level of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.62%, significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group （P 〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.38%, significantly lower than 28.13% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination therapy of shuxuetong injection and edaravone has significant clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application.
