不同剂量阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的研究不同剂量阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月到2014年3月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例，随机分为两组各45例，两组患者均给予低分子肝素。其中A组给予100mg／d阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗，B组给予300mg／d阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前、后患者神经功能缺损评分。结果B组总有效率93．3％（42／45）显著高于A组的73．3％（33／45），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）：两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均显著优于治疗前，与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且B组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著优于A组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论300mg阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效较好，且能显著改善患者神经功能缺损评分。

Efficacy of Different Doses of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of different doses of enteric-coated aspirin tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into tao groups, with 45 cases in each group. All case were treated with low molecular weight heparin, in addition, patients in grolp A were given 100 mg/d of aspirin enteric-coated tablets for treatment, while patients in group B were given 300 mg/d of aspirin enteric-coated tablets for treatment. The clinical effects and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was 93.3% （42/45）, significantly higher than 73.3% （33/45） of group A （P〈0.05）. The neurological deficit scores increased significantly in both group after treatment （P 〈0.05）, and the neurological deficit score after treatment of group B was significantly better than that of group A （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The dose of 300 mg/d of enteric-coated aspirin tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve patients＇ neurological function.
