尼莫地平防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛临床研究

目的：探讨尼莫地平注射液防治蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）后脑血管痉挛（CVS）的疗效。方法：120例SAH病人随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例，治疗组在与对照组相同的常规治疗基础上加用尼莫地平注射液10mg/50ml，静脉滴注，然后改为尼莫地平片30mg，口服，结果：治疗组CVS发生率，CVS持续时间，脑梗死（CI）发生率，病死率均明显低于对照组，CVS治愈率明显高于对照组，而再出血发生率无明显差异，结论：尼莫地平防治SAH后CVS疗效显著且无增加再出血的危险。

Clinical study of nimodipine in preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To identify the effect of nimodipine in preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm(CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods 120 patients with SAH were randomly divided into case group(70 patients) and control group(50 patients).The patients of case group were accepted both routine therapy just as control group and nimodipine injection 10mg/50 ml,ivbydrip,then,nimodipine tablet 30mg,po.Results The morbidity of CVS and cerebral infarction(CI) and the endurable time of CVS following SAH and the mortality of SAH in the case group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The cure rate of CVS in the case group was obviously higher than that of the control group.The morbidity of rehemorrhage had no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Nimodipine is an ideal therapy in preventing and treating CVS after SAH and there is no danger of rehemorrhage.
