| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清脂蛋白（a）与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法392例接受冠状动脉造影检查者均测定脂蛋白（a）Lp（a）]、载脂蛋白A-I（ApoA-I）、载脂蛋白B（Apo-B）、胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDLC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDLC）、甘油三酯（TG）水平。结果脂蛋白（a）Lp（a）]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDLC）水平在对照组、观察组间有显著性差异,而其余变量在对照组、观察组间差异无显著性。结论血清Lp（a）与冠状动脉粥样硬化存在正相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of lipoprotein（a） and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods In 326 subjects undergone coronary angiography,serum levels of lipoprotein（a）,apolipoproteins A-I and Apo-B,total cholesterol,HDLC,LDLC,triglycerides were measured.Results Significant differences were found in serum levels of lipoprotein（a）and HDLC between the control group and the study group,but no significant differences were found in other parameters investigated.Conclusion Serum levles of Lp（a） correlate well with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. |
