医院团委工作的思考与实践

目前医院共青团建设存在组织断层、经费不足、活动形式单一、服务效能低下等薄弱环节。我院团委从制度着手，通过常规换届、例会考核以及党建带团建等措施促进团组织建设；开拓思路，引进“社团”组织，使职工通过共同的兴趣爱好开展活动，活跃医院文化氛围；同时点线集合，除做好志愿者常规项目外，还努力塑造志愿典型，打造志愿特色，从而营造志愿服务的“大氛围”。

The Thought and Practice of the Work About the Commuist Youth League of Hospital

There exist some problems in the Communist Youth League set - up in the hospital such as the lack of organization building, funding shortage, simple activity form and low service efficiency. The Communist Youth League committee of the au- thors＇hospital have taken many measures to build a check system, to introduce the set - up of social organizations, to launch the model of volunteers, and to create the characteristics of volunteer service.
