尿液氨基酸代谢物和血清特异生长因子联检癌症临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨癌症尿液筛查试剂与恶性肿瘤特异生长因子单检和联合检测癌症的临床应用。方法对153例不同部位的恶性肿瘤病人、45例非恶性肿瘤病人、150例正常人群单检和联检。结果URC+TSGF联检阳性率除URC法单检肠癌外,其余均比单检有不同程度提高,联检与TSGF单检乳腺癌、其它癌和URC单检肝癌、肺癌、肠癌、乳腺癌、其它癌的阳性率升高有显著显著性差异(P〈0.05~0.01),联检癌症总阳性率与单检总阳性率有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论联检对恶性肿瘤检出率明显提高,对非恶性肿瘤和正常群体筛查阳性结果能跟踪监测、相互佐证,早期发现癌变。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance of URC(Urine-test Rergent for cancer screening and monitoring) and TSGF (Tumor specific Growth Factor) for the diagnosis of cancer. Methods The combined determination was applied in 153 patients with malignant tumor, 45 patients with non-malignant disease and 150 normal controls. Results The positive rate of Combined determination of URC and TSGF was higher to different extents than one-way measuring except the URC testing for intestinal cancer, compared with the determination of serum TSGF for mammary cancer, the other malignant tumor and the test of URC for liver cancer, lung cancer, intestinal cancer, mammary cancer and the rest malignant cancer, the positive rate of combined determination of URC and TSGF has the significant higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01) respectively. The total positive rate of combined determination was higher respectively than the one-way testing (P<0.01). Conclusions The combined determination has the important significance not only for the diagnosis of malignant cancer, but also for early diagnosis and general survey to tumor.
