Spontaneous haemorrhage in a cerebellar abscess: a unique complication |

| Abstract: | A case of spontaneous haemorrhage in a cerebellar abscess is reported. Only two reports of this complication have been found in the literature. An incidental acoustic schwannoma was also found close to the abscess. |
