支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清SOD、CGRP和T淋巴细胞亚群检测的临床意义

目的：探讨了支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清SOD、CGRP和T淋巴细胞亚群分布状况的改变。方法：分别应用放射免疫分析和单克隆抗体法对33例支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清SOD、CGRP和T淋巴细胞亚群检测，并与35名正常儿作比较。结果：支气管肺炎患儿在治疗前后血清SOD、CGRP和T淋巴细胞CD4／CD8值水平显著低于正常儿组（P〈0．01），经治疗一周后与正常儿组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：检测支气管肺炎患儿血清SOD、CGRP和T淋巴细胞亚群的水平对其病情和顶后判断均有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum SOD, CGRP Levels and T-cell Subsets Distribution Type After Treatment in Pediatric Patients with Bronchopneumonia

Objective To investigate the changes of serum SOD,CGRP levels and T-cell subsets distribution type after treatment in pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia.Methods Serum SOD,CGRP levels were measured with RIA and T-cell subsets distribution type was detected with monclonal antibody technique both before and after treatment in 33 pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment in the patients,the serum levels of SOD,CGRP and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly lower than those in cantrols(P<0.01).After treatment for one week the serum SOD,CGRP levels and CD4/CD8 ratio returned to normal with no significant differences from those in the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Determination of serum SOD,CGRP levels and T-cell subsets distribution type is clinically useful in the management of pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia.
