超声心动图评价右心室功能的进展

右心室功能日益为临床关注,但由于右心室具有不对称、不规则的独特解剖特点,评估左心室功能的技术无法完全适用于右心室,因此选择更敏感、特异的技术、指标来量化右心室功能正是目前国内外研究的热点。超声心动图在心血管诊断中应用最为广泛,从传统的M型超声、二维超声心动图,到组织多普勒技术、应变、应变率及实时三维超声心动图,评估右心室功能的超声心动图技术正日益完善及多样化,本文对上述方面的进展进行综述。
