| 摘 要： | 对28例经手术病理证实后颅凹肿瘤的MRI表现进行分析,其中脑膜瘤8例,听神经神经鞘瘤8例,小脑星形细胞瘤3例,小脑转移瘤2例,血管母细胞瘤2例,髓母细胞瘤2例,舌下神经神经鞘瘤1例,室管膜瘤1例,岩尖颅咽管瘤1例。28例中27例同时有CT资料。笔者认为显示与诊断后颅凹肿瘤,MRI优于CT。

| Abstract: | MRI manifestations of posterior fossa tumors proved by operation and pathology in 28 cases were analysed. All of 28 cases included meningiomas (8 cases) .neurile-moma of acoustic nerve (8 cases) ,astrocytoma of cerebellum (3 cases) ,cerebellar metastasis (2 cases)hemangioblastoma(2 cases) ,medulloblastoma(2 cases) ,neurilemoma of sublingual nerved case) ,ependymoma(1 case)and cystic craniopharyngioma(1 case). Among 28 cases, there were CT scan materials in 27 cases . The article emphasized that MRI was better than CT in the demonstration and diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors. |
