| 摘 要： | 目的探讨变异函数模型技术在疾病空间分布状态分析中的应用价值。方法在疾病空间相关-自相关假设下，定义疾病空间化变量，提出疾病空间化变量的二阶平稳性假设，构造疾病空间分布的变异函数模型，并定义变异函数模型参数的流行病学含义。结果获得疾病空间分布变异函数模型及其流行病学含义。结论该模型可以准确刻画疾病空间分布特点，并解释疾病的地理流行病学机制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore applicability of the variograms model in studying the spatial distribution of disease. Methods:Based on the spatial correlation or auto correlation hypotheses,using the spatial variable of disease,the variograms model was built,then the epidemiology implication of the model was made clear.Results:The variograms model and its epidemiology implication were obtained.Conclusion:In studying the spatial distribution of disease,not only the spatial distribution of disease,but also its geographical epidemicology implication can be analyzed by fitting variograms model. |
