| 摘 要： | 目的探讨葛根素注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对1997~2007年国内医药学术期刊报道的266例葛根素注射液致不良反应病例进行统计、分析。结果变态反应是葛根素注射液最常见的不良反应，其次为溶血性贫血、药物热；最严重的不良反应为溶血性贫血、过敏性休克、甚至导致死亡。结论过敏体质者应慎用葛根素，使用时严格掌握适应症，使用疗程不宜过长，并考虑个体化给药。
