活脑灵加高压氧治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

目的:本项目主要研究活脑灵加高压氧治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效.方法:选择40例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,对照组患者经内科常规治疗,治疗组患者在内科常规治疗基础上,应用活脑灵加高压氧治疗.结果:两组治疗后比较,经统计学处理,P＜0.01和P＜0.05,有显著性差异;治疗组治疗前后比较,P＜0.01,亦有显著性差异.结论:活脑灵加高压氧治疗血管性痴呆的疗效确切、安全,是治疗血管性痴呆的措施之一.

Clinical Study of Fonzylane and Hyperbaric Oxygen in Treating Vascular Dermentia

Objective: To research the clinical effect of fonzylane and hyperbaric oxygen in treating vascular dermentia(VD).Method:40 cases were divided into treatment group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases).The routine therapy were given to the patients in control group.Fonzylane and hyperbaric oxygen were given to the patients in the treatment group on the basis of traditional therapy.Result: There's significant difference between two groups(P<0.01 and P<0.05).and difference in treatment group(P<0.01) before and after treatment.Conclusion: It's safe measure,with accuracy effect to treat VD with fonzylane and hyperbaric oxygen.
