| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨银屑病与白血病的关系。方法：对１９例银屑病合并白血病患者的临床表现、血液学、骨髓染色体和１４例初治的银屑病患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体进行研究。结果：发现银屑病患白血病者中１３例（１３／１９）有服用乙双吗啉或乙亚胺历史，其余为未经乙双吗啉和其他治疗者。银屑病患白血病者的临床表现、治疗效果及染色体结果与原发性白血病改变相类似。５例（５／１４）未经治疗的银屑病患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体的超二倍体明显高于正常人。结论：银屑病易患白血病的病因除了与药物有关，体细胞的染色体不稳定性可能起重要作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between the psoriasis and leukemia. Methods: The clinical, hematology and chromosome aberrations of bone marrow cells on 19 cases of psoriasis with leukemia and chromosome aberrations of lymphocytes of peripheral blood on 14 cases with untreated psoriasis were studied. Results: Of 19 psoriasis cases with leukemia, 13 patients were found treated with bimolane before and the others not taking bimolane. The psoriasis with leukemia was similar to de novo leukemia in its clinical feature and results of laboratory test. Hyperdiploid chromosome abnormality was seen in 5(5/14) untreated patients with psoriasis and significantly higher than normal. Conclusion: Besides drugs, chromosome instability of lymphocytes may play an important role in developing leukemia easily in a part of patients with psoriasis. |
