循证护理在降低产褥期抑郁症中的作用

目的 探讨实施循证护理对减少产褥期抑郁症的作用.方法 选择2007年1～12月在我院住院正常足月分娩并决定在本院行产后检查的产妇600例,随机分成两组,每组300例,对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组采用循证护理方法实施心理指导,观察两组产妇产褥期抑郁症的发生率.结果 观察组产妇产褥期抑郁症的发生率比对照组降低,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 实施循证护理,丰富了护理人员的知识,能有效降低产褥期抑郁症的发生率.

Effect of evidence - based nursing on reducing the puerperal depres-sion

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence - based nursing on reducing the the puerper al depression. Methods From January of 2007 to December of 2007, in our hospital, 600 hospitalized delivery women agreeing with post - partum examination after normal full - term delivery were selected and divided into 2 groups with 300 cases per group. The control group was in conventional psychological nursing while the observetion group in psychological nursing with evidence - based nursing, and the occurring rate of puerperal depression of de-livery women was observed. Results The incidence of puerperal depression of the observation group was lower than that of control group, and the disparity had a very remarkable meaning (P<0.001) . Conclusions The im-plementation of incidence-rate nursing enriches the knowledge of the nursing personnel, and effectively reduces the occurring rate of puerperal depression.
