干扰素、病毒唑、双黄连治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效观察

为了评价干扰素、病毒唑、双黄连三药联合治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效,将58例病毒性肺炎的患儿随机分为治疗组31例及对照组27例,治疗组采用干扰素肌注、病毒唑雾化吸入及双黄连静滴的方法.对照组于病毒唑单独静滴.结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(x~2=7.39,P<0.01),治疗组退热时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),平喘、止咳及肺部罗音吸收时间治疗组与对照组相比有非常显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组未见任何严重毒副作用.结果提示干扰素、病毒唑、双黄连三药联用治疗小儿病毒性肺炎为安全有效的方法.

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Interferon, Ribavirin and Shuanghuanglian in Infant Virus Pneumonia

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effects on infant virus pneumonia with the combination of interferon, rib-avirin and Shuanghuanglian, 58 cases of clinically diagnosed as infant virus pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 37 cases in the former group and 27 in the latter. Interferon(im), ribavirin(spray inhalation) and Shuanghuanglian (iv drop) were applied in the treatment group while ribavirin (iv drop) alone in control group. The results Showed that the total cure rate of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group (x2 = 7.39, p< 0.01) .The difervescence in treatment group was obviously shorter (p<0.05) and there was also an obvious difference between two groups in the time of antiasthmas, antitussis and rails absorption (p< 0.01). Besides, no toxic or side - effects were found in treatment group. The study indicated that the combination of interferon, ribavirin and Shuanghuanglian was a safe and effective therapy in the treatment of infant virus pneumonia.
