血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ、Ⅱ与早期自然流产临床关系的研究

目的：研究早期自然流产妇女血清中可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体（sTNFR)I和Ⅱ的水平。方法：应用双抗体夹ABC－ELISA法检测孕3月内20例正常妊娠，20例第一次自然流产（spontaneous abortion,SA)和15例反复自然流产（recurrent spontanous abortion,RSA)妇女血清中的sTNFR I与sTNFRⅡ。结果：SA与对照组比较,sTNFR I显著增高（P＜0．05）,sTNFR I与sTNFRⅡ在RSA中的水平较SA均有显著增高（P＜0．01），结论：sTNFR可能与自然流产的发生发展有关，其水平（尤其是sTNFR I)的升高就妊娠而言可能具有自我保护和自我稳定的生理意义。

Study of the relation between the level of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor I, Ⅱ in serum and the early spontaneous abortion

objective To study the level of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR) I, II in serum of early spontaneous abortion. Methods sTNFR I, sTNFR II were measured by sandwich ABC-ELISA in 20 cases with the first time spontaneous abortion (SA), 15 cases with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and 20 cases of normal pregnancies as the control. Results The serum sTNFR I of SA were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05), sTNFR I and sTNFR II in RSA were significantly higher than those in the SA ( P <0.05). Conclution sTNFR maybe associated with the oncogenesis and development of spontaneous abortion. The elevated expression of sTNFR (especially sTNFR I) maybe has self-protecting and self-stablizing effect on pregnancy.
