中西医结合对输卵管妊娠保守手术后输卵管通畅度的影响研究

摘    要:目的:探讨输卵管妊娠保守手术并中西医结合治疗对输卵管通畅度的影响。方法:将30例输卵管妊娠保守手术患者分为3组,A组为中西医结合组:术中患侧输卵管系膜注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)20毫克+术后服用宫外孕方;B组为中药组:术后服用宫外孕方;C组为西药组:术中患侧输卵管系膜注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)20毫克;比较三组患者恢复月经后的输卵管通畅度。结果:A组中输卵管通畅率80%(8例),B组50%(5例),C组30%(3例),A组与BC组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),A组的输卵管通畅度较B组及C组高。结论:中西医结合治疗能提高输卵管妊娠保守手术患者的输卵管通畅度。

Study on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Tubal Patency after Conservative Surgery of Tubal Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tubal patency after conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy. Method: 30 patients with conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy were divided into three groups. A group (integrated group) : 20rag methotrexate were injected into affected side of fallopian tube during the operation. After operation, patients were orally taken recipe for ectopic pregnancy; B group ( TCM group) : Patients were orally taken recipe for ectopic pregnancy after operation C group (western medicine group) : 20mg methotrexate were injected into patients affected side of fallopian tube during the operation. Three groups'tubal pateney were compared after menstruation recovery. Result: The tubal patent rates were 80% (8 eases) in A group, 50% (5 cases) in B group and 30% (3 cases) in C group. The difference was statically significant. ( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can improve tubal patency in patients with conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy.
