乳腺癌病人抑郁心理状况调查

目的 :探讨乳腺癌病人抑郁状况及其相关因素。方法 :采用Back自评抑郁量表对 80例乳腺癌病人进行问卷调查。结果 :乳腺癌病人的抑郁发生率为 80 % ,抑郁状态与病人年龄、经济状况、文化程度、家庭社会支持有关。结论 :乳腺癌病人存在明显的抑郁心理 ,建议对乳腺癌病人实施有效心理干预

A Survey of Psychological State of Depression in Patients With Mammary Cancer

Objective: to probe into the depression state of mammary cancer patients and its related factors. Method: a total of 80 cases with mammary cancer were investigated by filling out questionnaire of Back self-evaluation for depression scale. Results: the incidence of depression in mammary cancer patients accounted for 80%. Depressive state of patients was related with their age, economic state, knowledge level, and family and social supports. Conclusion: there was remarkable depressive state in patient with mammary cancer. Suggested that one should carry out some effective psychological intervention for mammary cancer patients.
