摘    要:面对全新的就业体制、激烈的就业竞争,如何提高医学生的综合素养和竞争能力,是每个医学教育工作者都应当认真思考的问题。麻醉医学是一门基础医学与临床医学密切结合,理论性、实践性很强的应用性学科。实践教学是麻醉医学教学的重要内容,是学生将理论知识应用于临床实践的重要学习过程,是引导和培养医学生临床思维的重要途径,是培养高素质麻醉医学专业人才的必经之路。郧阳医学院第一临床学院麻醉学系通过完善实践教学体系,优化教学模式,改进教学方法,有效地提高了麻醉医学实践教学质量,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:For the latest employment system and crucial employment competition,how to increase the ability and comprehensive quality of the undergraduate of Anesthesiology was the question that all the medical teacher should think carefully.Clinical anesthesiology Wag an deeper theory,better practicality,applied subject.Clinical practice was more important content of clinical anesthesiology,which was necessary for cultivating hish quality medical talents.But the problems of present practice teaching system hold back the course of anesthesiology practice teaching.Department of anesthesiology,The First Clinical School of Yunyang Medical CoUege had improved the quality of practice teaching and achieved satisfactory results by optimizing practice teaching system and improving the approach of teaching.
